Rich,

I just wanted to send you a quick email to thank you for your superb service. The part I ordered with you help was all I needed to get an old boat underway, and your rapid responses, quick shipping and extremely fair shipping made it a pleasure.

Thank you very much, and I look forward to doing more business with you. As turns out, I am in the middle of a small town, Oxford, Maryland that has a number of BMW diesel engines in service, and I shall recommend you to any and all who inquire about parts.

Thank you again.

Dear Rich,

I can't thank you enough for all the help and information you provided me today on the phone.  I called Jason Graham late this afternoon and he has agreed to perform a mechanical survey of the 1988 BMW D35 fresh water cooled diesel engine that is on the 35' aluminum cutter we have a contract on in Blaine, Washington.  We expect to conduct the survey on Thursday 30 October.  Jason sounded extremely knowledgeable and was exactly as you portrayed him.  Jason makes me very confident that I will know what I am getting into with this engine (with 6,000 hours) and I am sure he will be worth every penny he is charging.  Thanks so much for such a fine recommendation.

 Sincerely,
Buck Reed
